Thank you for choosing Picture Me Bilbao. We look forward to sharing our city with you and creating memories you'll treasure for years to come.

By booking an experience with Picture Me Bilbao, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is considered a reservation once we have confirmed your chosen date, time, and experience.

To confirm your reservation, full payment must be received no later than 24 hours before your scheduled experience.

If payment has not been received by this time, Picture Me Bilbao reserves the right to cancel the reservation and make the date available to other guests.

2. Payment

Payment instructions will be provided once your booking has been confirmed.

A secure payment link will be sent by email, and payment must be received at least 24 hours before your scheduled experience, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

All prices are displayed in Euros (€).

If you experience any difficulties completing your payment, please contact us at info@picturemebilbao.com, and we will be happy to assist.

3. Cancellations

We understand that travel plans can change.

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge any time before payment has been made.

• Once payment has been received (24 hours before your experience), the booking becomes non-refundable.

• If you do not make payment by the required deadline, your reservation may be cancelled automatically.

• Failure to attend your scheduled experience without prior notice (a no-show) is non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling

If you need to change your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.

Whenever our schedule allows, we will happily accommodate one complimentary reschedule.

If payment has already been made and unexpected travel delays or unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending, please let us know as soon as possible. While we cannot guarantee availability, we will always do our best to find a suitable alternative.

5. Weather

Bilbao's weather is part of its charm, but occasionally conditions make an outdoor experience unsuitable.

If weather conditions prevent us from providing the best possible experience, Picture Me Bilbao may:

• Adjust the route

• Visit more sheltered locations

• Reschedule the experience

If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund will be provided.

6. Travel Delays & Unexpected Circumstances

We understand that flights, trains, cruises, and other travel plans do not always go as expected.

If your travel plans change unexpectedly, please contact us as soon as possible. Whenever possible, we will work with you to reschedule your experience.

7. Late Arrivals

Experiences begin at the agreed start time.

If you arrive late, the experience will still finish at the originally scheduled time to avoid affecting other bookings.

If you expect to be delayed, please let us know as soon as possible.

8. The Experience

Picture Me Bilbao offers private guided experiences combined with professional photography.

Routes may vary depending on weather, local events, crowds, seasonal conditions, and your personal preferences.

Our goal is always to provide the best possible experience while showcasing the very best of Bilbao.

9. Photography & Editing

During your experience, we will capture a mixture of natural, candid, and lightly guided portraits.

Every delivered image is professionally edited in the signature style of Picture Me Bilbao.

Minor retouching is included where appropriate.

RAW (unedited) files are not provided.

Requests for extensive editing or additional retouching may incur an additional fee.

10. Image Delivery

Your professionally edited online gallery will be delivered within 14 days of your experience.

Images will be available to download in high resolution.

11. Copyright & Personal Use

Picture Me Bilbao retains the copyright to all photographs.

Clients receive a non-exclusive licence for unlimited personal use, including:

• Downloading

• Printing

• Sharing with friends and family

• Posting on social media

Photographs may not be sold, licensed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

12. Use of Images by Picture Me Bilbao

We love sharing the experiences we create with future travellers.

Unless you request otherwise, Picture Me Bilbao may use selected photographs for our website, portfolio, social media, and promotional materials.

If you would prefer your photographs to remain private, simply let us know before or during your experience.

We'll always respect your wishes—no explanation needed.

13. Liability

Picture Me Bilbao is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable, and memorable experience for all guests.

Our experiences involve walking through public areas of Bilbao, including streets, sidewalks, plazas, historic areas, uneven surfaces, cobblestones, stairs, hills, and areas that may become crowded. Guests participate voluntarily and are responsible for taking reasonable care of their own safety throughout the experience.

Guests are responsible for:

• Wearing appropriate footwear and clothing for a walking experience.

• Informing us of any medical conditions, mobility limitations, injuries, or accessibility requirements that may affect participation.

• Looking after their own personal belongings throughout the experience

Picture Me Bilbao is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from a guest's failure to take reasonable care, including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, or difficulties caused by uneven pavement, cobblestones, stairs, wet surfaces, crowded areas, or normal conditions found in a historic city environment.

Picture Me Bilbao is not responsible for:

• Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought during the experience.

• Delays, changes, or cancellations caused by circumstances outside of our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, strikes, public events, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Any personal injury or loss except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We will always make reasonable efforts to provide a safe and enjoyable experience and may adjust routes or activities when necessary due to safety concerns, weather conditions, or local circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any legal rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
